Our Drop & Stay Service strikes the perfect balance between excellence and economy. Your guests will relish our mouthwatering cuisine, prepared with the same passion and expertise but at a more affordable price point. How do we make that happen? We whip up our culinary creations in our state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, ensuing flawless execution, and then bring it all to your event piping hot and ready to serve. This means fewer on-site staff, less full and more savings for you. Enjoy the same gourmet cuisine at a lower price point. With Drop & Stay Service, your event will be a culinary sensation that fits comfortably within your budget.

With Drop & Stay Service we are proud to offer Tapas (small bites), Buffet or Family Style ***LINK TO SERVICE TYPE DESCRIPTIONS FOR MORE INFO***. For Tapas or Buffet Service, bringing on our Service Team is recommended but not required. If clients are not in need of passed appetizers or any front of house service, our Kitchen Team will prep, cook, display and replenish all menu items for the duration of the food service portion of your event. For Family Style Service, we require bringing on our service team for expeditious serving of the food.

While most food will be cooked at the L.A. Roots HQ, any fried items on the menu will be cooked fresh on-site. If you’ve ever had french fries to-go, you’re well aware that the quality of fried food plummets if not served fresh! We will provide all necessary equipment to fry on-site

Drop & Go: Effortless Elegance Meets Cost-Effectiveness

For those seeking a convenient and our most budget-friendly option, our Drop & Go Service is the perfect choice. We deliver a curated selection of our delicious dishes right to your dining table, full cooked & ready to enjoy. Our dedicated team will set up and garnish all menu items so that you and your guests can savor the flavors at your leisure. It’s an effortless way to add a tough of elegance to your gathering, whether it’s a corporate luncheon or a family celebration. With our Drop & Go Service, we bring our culinary expertise to you ensuring your event is a delightful & stress-free experience.

With Drop & Go Service, clients can choose from either Tapas or Buffet ***LINK TO SERVICE TYPE DESCRIPTIONS***. For Tapas or any hors d’ oeuvres selections, we will often serve them ‘deconstructed’ or ‘build-it-yourself’ style. This ensure the food remains at the highest quality for the longest duration of time. For Buffet, we will set up the buffet table & finish the construction of each dish (saucing, garnishing, etc.) prior to departure.
